It's by Sinful (mainly sold at the Buckle) it bought it in store around January/Feb so not sure if they still have it.

Could anyone help me identify the bright green (with yellow) short dress worn by the female in these pics? She's standing near Miss Japan 2009 (in the purple dress). I have a feeling it's by Gucci...but I'm not 100% sure.

I think her flats are Chloé because of the sole and the color, and it seems to be written on the shoe on the first pic.
