Did anyone see this show last night? I thought it was excellent. On Australian Chanel ten with UK star Louise Redknapp.

She was already a tiny size UK size 8 when she started and spent 30 days dieting like hell to get to a UK size 4 (US size 0) but was a really good documentry about the physical and mental effects of dieting - probably what every teenage girl should watch before she thinks being skinny is cool....

I heard about that lady but never read any of what she had to say. So scary though. It's like NORMAL for all the stars in Hollywood, but I don't think most people realize how hard it is to actually maintain such a small size at any height over like 5'1"!

i saw this a month ago in uk - i thought it was a real eye opener and louise looked so ill at the end of it.

Its sad beause of the side effects like: osteoporois & infertility. But, Hollywood & the media promotes eating disorders. BECAUSE: they always put the thinnest ( & youngest) females stars on a pedastal --praising them for being thin & paying them more.

It was on in the UK a while ago and I saw it too.

It made me feel sick. Esp that guy in LA who was like 'You look great!' it's people like him that encourage eating disorders

At the end when she couldn't even form a coherent sentence it made me realise how dangerous size 0 is. Esp if you're not naturally that thin.

I'm glad her hubby hated it though!

wow! I just read everything she had to go through on that site. Thats really scary and serious stuff.

And their little boy is soooo cute!

he is really cute.... it's great cos they are never in the papers like the other celebs, they are a normal down-to-earth family
